Online forms?

Im wondering if there is anything available to create an online form for clients to complete and then submit it which would be emailed to me or something similar?

As an example if I pick up a new client could I send them a link to my website and ask them to complete the details online rather than sending them an Excel spredsheet? It would be really good if you could have drop downs and radio buttons etc but not essential.

My website is Wordpress so had toyed with the idea of Contact Form 7 but seems a bit clunky to use for an online formso thought I would ask if there is anything better? Thanks

Wufoo is worth a look. Used it on a site I was doing, worked great.

As above, Google Forms will do this perfectly for you. You can even hook it up to a Google Sheets to record the responses (rather than you getting spammed with emails and having to sort through them).
