Hi does anyone know of a working program that changes ip address for online games though a proxy ?

i wish i knew sorry mate, went through the exact same thing in 1st year of uni 
stupid all ports being blocked almost, could only play wow, ultima online, and other rpgs for some bizzare reason, but if its like my problem i think you cant change them as the game servers only work on those ports.
but if im wrong i will be gladly corrected!!!!!

you dont, if they spot you forwarding traffic they will take disciplinary action
Best thing you can do is ask the IT admins nicely if they will open the port(s) for you, if you want to add some weight to your argument find a educational program to do with your course that uses similar ports and ask if they can be opened so you can use it
