I've recently come to the conclusion that once my PS Plus subscription ends in December that I'll no longer renew and stick to single player games/modes. To be honest, I'm doing that already and have done for a while but it's only just dawned on me. I always add the PS Plus games to my library but I almost never download and play them, so what's the point in subscribing..?

Without a PS Plus sub I can still access the PS store and buy games, right? I've never been without a subscription so I'm not 100% sure what I'll lose, is it just the online aspect of games and PS Plus games per month?

Currently you loose your cloud game storage and miss out on some deals on psn store. You can play games like fortnite and rocket league online withvout plus, and some sub games like FF 14 don't also require plus.

Thanks, I think I've made my mind up already, I'm not missing out on anything really and if it came to it, I can always pick up a cheap sub online.

Lose free psn+ games (ones you already claimed will be saved but not playable until resubscribe).
Lose "some" psn+ offers.
Lose auto sync achievements, need to remember to do it manually.
Lose cloud saves (they stay preserved but not accessible).
Lose preloading game updates in console sleep.
Lose online multiplayer.

Thank you. Those are nothing I'll miss really.

I skipped it for a while because the game offerings were getting bad. I started again when they started improving their offers. Now that I've ditched XB1 and Live I don't mind paying for one subscription so much so I've kept it going.
