Working on a out team intranet site and because we get asked a massive amount of questions it can be rather hard to keep track of them.
After some looking around I found "AI Daniel, A Portable Learning Artificial Intelligence program". Basically, you ask it a question and if it doesn't know the answer you tell it what the answer should be so that next time someone asks it can inform them. However, seems a bit complex and I can't find it anywhere online!
Other option is a help based system on our intranet site. Anyone know of any open source packages I can download and use/modify? Or would it be easier to write my own? I want to learn PHP/SQL but we could do with a fast solution now instead of waiting a month.
