Online hosting

Basically i want a nice user friendly site that me and my manager can host / share our work timesheets and other bits of paper work so we can both access them at anytime. At the moment we use a USB storage stick and save everything to that which is not working because she keeps taking it home and i cant print off the next weeks rotas!

Does anyone know of a nice USER FRIENDLY site that we can use to upload things to?

Hope you understand what i mean? Basically i want to be able to go to my webpage, log in, then have some sort of file manager where we can select / download / upload files to. It must look very simple, is this possible?

tbh..

googledocs is perfect for this.

I use it in work with my two bosses, you can share calendars too, and if you have an andriod phone, you can link it with the account so google calendar items will show up on your phone.
