Has anyone got any experience of these at all. When I have searched Google there seems to be lots of companies offering the course material all at varying different prices. Some even offered an Xbox 360 if you went for one of their platinum courses.

I then came across Computeach Courses start from £3000 going upto £120000 plus the cost of exams  I asked if they had any course literature or a sylabus they could send as the website does not have a lot of info and was told no. Simply because all courses are tailor made. Why tailor a course that should follow a standard syllabus.

All I want to do is continue the second part of my Cisco course at home rather than the college. Maybe even do a course in Webdesign or something. Just looks a lot of con artists out there

Yer there a lots of rip off companies out there offering so called ICT qualifications, that cost a bomb and probably dont get you anywhere anyway.

A lot of people say cisco isnt all that hard to learn on your own at home if you buy the books and the CD that simulates different router interfaces etc etc. Is this what your going to do or are you looking for some online tuition or what?

I have just completed the first year of the course at my local AEC but I know for the next academic year I am really going to struggle to commit to getting the college on time due to factors with my job and some major roadworks in the area. So Ideally studying the second part of the CCNA from home would be ideal

You can emulate most online courses by just buying a book with exercises on CD. If you want a proper course then you'd be better off paying the money for a course with hands-on training. www.thetrainingcamp.co.uk is very good, I've done a couple of courses recently with them via work and it's tough work but they really know their stuff.
