Online purchase issue (not ocuk)

First time I have used the rain forest in many years.

I just bought the blu ray boxset for Harry Potter, all seemed fine, used the trial for a free next day delivery, checked my orders... Processing, good.

Come back to it a hour later, nothing in my order history what so ever, not even in the last 6 months! The money has come out of my account, I have not received any emails since the 'order confirmation' one...

Is this normal? I am slightly worried now.

would not worry too much , i ordered off there recently and i got my item 2 days later using free delivery despite my order status still saying not yet despatched.

still ring if your worried , are you expecting it today?

Not expecting it today, only ordered it this morning. My only worry is that I have no order history at all, it has simply vanished. Yet the money has come out of my account.

Legend, I rang the number, instant answer to someone, no menu's

All sorted, seemed to be a 'glitch' according to the Irish man on the phone.
