I recently ordered a uprated fuel pump for my car from an online company.

I specifically asked for a part the would suit my needs and took the sellers advice. I actuallly double checked with them to be sure.

The seller sent the pump but with the wrong fixing kit. I emailed them and they said another would be with me by Tuesaday this week. It didnt turn up so I emailed the seller who has not responded since. I know he's read the emails!

Technically goods have been delivered but I was mis-sold/advised.

I paid via paypal. What action should I take next?

if they are claiming to re send you the correct part, give them a chance to do it.

do you have a phone number?

UK seller.

I notified the seller the part was wrong on Friday. They promised delivery by Tuesday. I explained that I need the pump for my daily driver, hense me being careful to order the right part and ask advice. How long should I to wait when I've been promised a delivery date and its 2 days late.

No phone number. They are email based.

Open a complaint with Paypal, they will give the seller a time window to respond before they refund you. I usually find this prompts some action on the sellers part.
