Online returns policy

Can someone confirm what I think to be true. . .

When you buy something online (like say from Overclockers) that if your dissatisfied with a product that you are within your rights to return it for a full refund if it's within 14 days of receipt?

Not sure about the time limit, but yeah u can return stuff i think, as long as it is 'unopened'

But surely to find out that your dissatisfied with a product you would have to 'open' it?

The Distance Selling Regulations are not designed to give you a "Try Before You Buy" option.

Well im getting a refund now from OC. So problem sorted.

Well like I said, im getting a refund now. This Geil memory has given me nothing but a headache. :mad:

Gonna get the CellShock PC2-8000C4 and hopefully no headaches to go with it.
