Online Rota?

Hello,

I'm looking to set up an online rota for the small business I work for. There seem to be thousands of options when I do a simple search on Google, some free, some paid.

Initially I thought sharing a GMail calendar would be the easiest but then this would require all staff to sign up etc...

We also have internal e-mail linked with Outlook, and I thought about using that, but many of the staff use Office Outlook Web Access, and the calendar sharing is pretty bleak between the desktop programme and the online client host.

So does anyone know of a good online rota, would be a bonus if it could be used as an app on your smartphone.

Ahhh nice idea! Didn't even consider something like that. That would work great as I currently create the printed rotas on Excel.

We just use a sharepoint excel spreadsheet, managed by one person every so often weeks in advance.

What about a tool for submitting annual leave requests, and viewing an annual calendar with all staff's annual leave?
