I have to say Dropbox, purely due to the amount of apps on Android which are now supporting it. It makes life so much easier being able to connect to Dropbox via an app. Take Titanium Backup and EZPDF reader for a start.
I just wish Dropbox was cheaper as it is bloody expensive!
