STV stream not working, anyone got any links to legal streams for ITV website or bbc website. dont wanna use tv catchup their picture quality is naff

www.tvcatchup.com has never let me down.

the quality of their streams is awful, although a lot better than justin tv.

the official ones are the best you can get without a proper aerial or subscription
