online support chat thing

Im toying with the idea of adding a live support/chat feature to my website. its wordpress so im guessing its going to have to be a plug in.
Had a look over at codecanyon but they seam a bit hit and miss. Just want a one off payment for one not a subscription one ( which is what google brings up)

Any ideas?
