Can someone recommend online training/courses for Exchange 2010 & Server 2008 implementation/migration?

I'm sitting in one now

currently doing 6121A Config and trouble shooting server 2008. You want to sit some microsoft exams really.

A resource I use is CBT Nuggets but I am not sure if this is what your looking for??

I have been trying out this combination on test servers.
Not so much courses but I found msexchange.org very useful (despite the unfortunate name).
Some good step throughs.

Are you after certification or is it just for your own knowledge?

Spin up some VMs and get a technet sub and build / test / configure away.
