I'm talking hypothetical.

No hardware limitations on the home user (except ofc the network side of things) so developing homes down entirely to OnLive's bandwidth and gaming hardware.

That will never happen. The gameplay is also notably laggy with lan-like pings to the servers so the technology really can't do the job.

I'm no physicist, but I was under the impression that light in a fiber optic cable moved at 70-85% of C. *Citation needed.

If LAN speeds aren't fast enough to support it now, I don't see how breaking the laws of physics is going to either. :p

Aside from the fact that they're almost convinced that their own results are wrong (and hence have asked others to reproduce them), this won't be practically applied to computer networking technology in our lifetimes.

You're basically saying "in a sci-fi world, this would be awesome". Yeah, you're not wrong with that.

If by "broke the laws of physics" you mean, got one anomalous result that the media blew out of proportion. :p

I'd also love to see whatever neutrino utilising fantasy computer you're dreaming we'll have in the next 20 years. :D Might be worth watching Star Trek for some inspiration. ;)
