Only 1 cpu fan header

Hello

I think I know the answer, but want to check.
I have a new mobo gigabyte ga-z77-3dh. I have a dual rad with 2 apache's. How do I set it up so they run in pwm mode. I have one attached to the cpu header, but the other is in a sys fan header. In the bios only the cpu one can be controlled by the cpu temp, the sys fans are based on system temp. How can I get both running off cpu temp?
I've looked at easytune and it looks a bit naff as again it won't let me set system fans based on cpu temp.
My case (arc midi 2) does have a fan controller so I could hook them up to that, but I like my big 140 fans to run off that rather than the mobo.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi Jamin
I've used speedfan before and didn't really get on with it, kept stopping my cpu fans for some reason. That was an old board though so may try it again. I've seen a little guide on this very forum.
I stupidly didn't realise that my cases fan controller is only for 3 pin :(
I'll try speedfan and failing that just get a nice splitter.

Thanks
