only 1 hard-drive showing in my computer?

just built my new system and installed os (windows xp 64 bit.) Slight problem as only one hard drive is showing in the my computer window?

Checked system properties and it has been installed properly, drivers are up-to-date.

Anybody know what the problem is?

how many hard drives do you have? are they in raid?

I have 2no. 500gb hard drives, and they are not connected in raid.

Right click on My Computer and click manage, you'll need to initialize the disk in disk management and create a partition etc.
