Hi, I have recently done a new installation of Windows 11.

I seem to only have balanced as a power plan option.
I have tried tutorials I found that show you how to add them via command prompt.
Oddly, this added balanced again as a second option, but it didn't add the other options.

Does anyone know how I can get them back?

Regards
James

In power options
On the left of the page
Do you have create a power plan?
If so you can add your own plan

Silly question this one
But has it just hidden the other plans?
Little ^ symbol under balanced power plan

Next question
Did you previously have other plans?

Other option
If you only want high performance
Just edit the balanced plan

Other option
If its a laptop
See if you have the power slider option
Down near taskbar clock

Using 11 preview version here
So some of your options may not be the same

Last option
Try winearo free software
It may have add power plans in it
Can't remember
If it doesn't try searching on winaero website
Guys really good and definitely has had how to add plans
With several different methods on there before
