I have a Google WiFi pro router and I have never been able to connect it to my internet and I need help.
My ISP is See the Light and they do not use BT fibre cables in my area it's an independent provider.
I have an ONT
Currently have a working TP link router but want to change it to a Google WiFi pro.
I have tried to set it up via the home app but it connects but will not have any internet.
I have been sent a second router and it's all the same so the routers aren't duff.
The ISP is of very little help.
They have said the username and password for PPPoE connection is Admin Admin
I have tried connecting via PPPoE but not working either.
I don't know what else to do. Please help!
