Just seen a video about Onyx on the mac's. Has anyone used this and is it any good?

I have used it before. I don't really think I see any performance increase but it certainly doesn't do any harm.

Helped me out when I had many things in my trash which just wouldn't delete for some reason.

Though I've not used it for anything else.
