SX, unfortunately
That's the first time I've managed an endo in a car before  Car is a 1978 Saab 99 Turbo, but with no interior from just behind the front seats (apart from the spare wheel). It's stripped out so I can route the cables for moving the battery to the boot. It has about 2 or 3 gallons of fuel left in the tank if that. Brakes are standard apart from goodridge hoses and silicone (DOT 5) fluid. I stiffened the rear suspension up a little recently which may have contributed...

Was coming home from work and having a bit of fun, me and a passenger. Stomped on the brakes coming up to a roundabout at about 70, and felt the front dive a little (I think I need to stiffen the front shocks a bit now!) and then the back felt very light and then a brief skid sound as it went down again. I do believe I had the rear wheels off the ground :D So for those who think silicone fluid is rubbish, I say nay!

Hmm, who'd like to volunteer to drive behind me while I do it? ;) Make sure you use a modern car, I wouldn't want mine damaged when you pile into the back of it :D

Maybe AP racing don't reccomend it because it's not suitable for racing? Similar to DOT 4 in that respect... It is however perfectly useable for hard driving and trackdays. Not suitable for ABS though.

And anyway, I'm sure Burger King don't recommend you eat McDonalds - because they don't make it ;)

If it was just the rear wheels locking up the skidding would have occured when the rear was lifting, not when it went down again.
