Looking between these choices.

1.

K612 Pro Reference

Xonar U7 / Fiio A3
Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7GM

For clarity and detail I'm struggling to find a winner here. Would anyone know by hand or technical knowledge, which one would be aimed for Lindsey Stirling type music. ^^

There is quite a big difference in the price of the headphones there. If you have £140 to burn get the AKG K702.

K612 is more natural than the K702 and it has better bass extension.

That's what I heard as well. What would have the higher clarity out of the 3?

They are quite close. The K702 is more detailed from the upper mids and up but it also isn't what I'd call natural detail like the K612. I like the K702 driver better as it has less distortion, a bit faster but it is hard to recommend for music unless you mod them but even then those peaks take away from the experience IMO. If it's purely competitive gaming then the K702 by a hair but for an all rounder you'd be mad to not take the K612.

All the ones in bold share the same driver but the K712 uses a different part but the actual driver is a K701 driver.

Just for music listening while I'm on the PC,mostly spotify but some lossless files too.

At it's current price, the AKG K612 is absolutely ridiculous value, I'm almost tempted to get a pair myself and I have the K702
