oooo what is this?

Looks like an egg timer with a smiley face on, I would be able to see it better if there weren't some lovely cards in the way. Is that metal plate chrome? looks like a white and a black one, or is that just reflection?
 
I will give the game away, The top one is a Sapphire 290X with a copper EK Block, the second one is a PowerColor 290 Which has been flashed to a 290x with a nickel EK block.

Miss matched but this time of year when everything is out of stock i could only get a nickel one :(

I will fit them later today and hopefully if the new Gene V board works i will post some benches ;)
