So many screws ! Damn

all tapped and screwed by hand

channel for o-ring and than all other parts glued/bonded together under a press. would be very different and so clean

We tried, we've not found a glue strong enough that doesn't react with the acrylic in some way. The screws are, at the moment, essential.
