oops i spilt a drink

so last summer i spilt a drink on the top corner of my lapy. it still runs fine, though it has the annoying feature of several keys not working, mostly those on the bottom row.
i got the keyboard replaced and it all worked fine, however the same keys not dont work on this keyboard forcing me to use the on screen keyboard.

anyone got any suggestions on what to do??
perhaps the motherboard is damaged??

Yeah it will be the motherboard, happens quite a lot with spillages. It maybe fixable if you know someone with board repair skills but usually replacement board is the way.
