.... don't leave a container of cheapo oil with a crappy cheap screw on cap in the boot... fell over on the way home, the cap must have popped off, and half the contents are soaked into the boot carpet :(

Off for Valeting methinks at the weekend... just hope there isn't a load down the back of the seats or dripping through god knows where!

What a tit I am!

At least your boot floor will never rust :p

I drove round a roundabout once with a full gallon of White emulsion in the passenger footwell, it tipped over & spat its contents everywhere :p

LOL... I'm thinking I'll get the car valeted, and if they can't sort it out, I'll pull all the crap out and get some new sponge matting and carpet from the breakers... ho hum.. at least it's not something that'll stink the car out too much!

Hehehe, been there done that.. with 4 litres of Castol TWS in the boot of my previous M3. Took rather a long time to empty the 'oil bath' from the spare wheel well :o

What are my chances of the old Kosovan hand car wash/valet near me cleaning the carpet out? Should I just rip out the sponge mat and carpet, and ask them to give the boot a good clean out for a few extra quid? (followed by a visit to the breakers or a carpet place!)
