oops ( PS Vita help required )

i just deleted the Game " Hustle Kings complete "
on my PS vita because the bugs where annoying (wrong balls / table loading etc )

I deleted the game with the intention of re-downloading (i know you can save to your PC as a back ) and re-installing.

i went back to the PS store but its showing the price next to the download again, will i be charged again?
