Hi all,
I was moving some stuff around in my attic last night and I picked up a Socket A mobo that I want to use as a testbed. Well, it appears that the Gods were against me and I dropped it about 2 feet. No obvious damage on initial inspection but then I noticed that the locking lever on the ZIF has snapped off. Does anyone know of a way to use the stub (with essentially no arm at all) to lock the CPU in? Can I fashion some sort of screw-in lever to replace the original? Or am I screwed?
Cheers
