Ok, i was duel botting with Vista & XP as some things wouldnt work with Vista, but i eventually decided to just have XP so i did a complete reformat and just had 1 partition with XP. I also for some reason decided to reset the Motherboard so everything was on stock. I then went about overclocking my CPU, i changed the FSB to 1333 straight off and decided to save (now i didnt actually want to have this straight off for obviuos reasons i just wanted it saving so i could see how the RAM would be effected as mine gives me an estimated speed on boot.) and i forgot with mine it saves and exits, now when the computer turns on i see the welcome screen for about 2 seconds and my computer shuts down and wont let me get into Bios.

Now im wondering how about i should be resetting the motherboard? is the only way to get my manual out and see where the reset button is? or is their another way, thnx in advance.

EDIT: Right i know where the reset button just trying it now.

Yeah...either click the reset button (if it has one like on some Dfi boards etc)

Or clear the cmos...that will set everything back in the bios to stock..When i say clear the cmos i mean take the battery off the board out...and leave it for a few mins, then but it back in.

Hopefully everything will work after that.
