(Referring to Dragon Rising)

Few quick questions:

1. Any good?

2. Is it a hardcore sim or arcadey?

3. How hard is it?

4. How long is the campaign?

I'm only interested in the singleplayer btw.

There's the demo available on steam now.

1. Overall I enjoyed it.
2. More hardcore than arcadey.
3. Demo level wasn't that hard.
4. Not sure.

I'd buy, not sure when though, have enough other games to keep me occupied atm. :)

1. Was average at best
2. Somewhere between COD and ARMA
3. Not very, although a couple of missions are pigs, mainly due to bad AI
4. Not all that long, been desgined for DLC add ons

5. Multiplayer - SCUSK massively and is nearly dead already

6. Don't waste your money

I grabbed it second hand for £5 and its worth it for that measly sum, sadly the mp is a letdown but the single player is fun.

not a total dissaster and it runs well on older systems...

1. nope is utter crap (nothing like orginal OFP)

2. Arcadey rubbish , shoot someone in the head and they shake it off .....

3. Not very hard

4. Pretty short

Dont bother with it , you will be dissapointed

Have to disagree with most of the above sentiments, however I'm not interested in multiplayer unlike most here. I found the SP missions quite entertaining. The graphics are a little bland but the audio more than makes up for it - I think the sound effects for the various weapons are superb.

I was a massive fan of the original... I got Op Flash 2 free with my CPU... I got as far as registering the key on steam but I'm that enthusiastic about the game I haven't downloaded it yet around 2 weeks later... might do it tonight if I remember but somewhere along the line my interest in the game - helped by the poor reports from the game - vanished.
