Opatch for Windows 10

Having searched, I see no hits for OPatch. Do forum members not see this as a viable option for W10 after October.
I have an older PC and Laptop and would prefer the option of security updates paying eith MS or OPatch. I run Windows Live Mail too and W11 might cease to accept it as my mail client. Therefor staying with W10 and safe is my preferred option. Is OPatch familiar to you guys and what do you think about it?

You want security updates but run Windows Live Mail that hasn't received security updates for years?
I wasn't aware the mail clients received security updates and WLM has filled my needs

There are ways to BYPASS ESU eligibility and continue to receive the extended updates on Windows 10.
Can you tell me how, please
