Open backed gaming headset advice

Anyone able to suggest a couple to look at? I've never thrown money at a decent set before but would ideally have open backed plus a reasonable mic.

I've got tinnitus so find wearing closed sets just heightens my awareness of it, I need some background sound even if it's very slight.

Philips X1/X2 with V-Moda Boom Mic (replaces stock cable)

Or something like K702 with Ant Lion Mic, although you'll have to cables from headphones.

One of my mates just text me to say he's got K702s, might need to pay him a visit to try them
