Open broadcaster software help

SO I've set it up and linked my twitch account etc, only problem is my ping is too high and i get delay..so unsure what settings im supposed to change it to!

Im trying to stream Battlefield 4..
my specs, i7 4470k
8gb ram
gtx 760..is that alright?

Hey man,

Looks decent and should be able to stream specs wise, all depends on your broadbands' upload speed. What is it, do you know?

As teh_captain says, you're going to be limited by your upload speed.

However - don't let it stop you streaming - I follow a streamer from New Zealand who also has a poor internet connection, and they stream at about 750kbit/sec in 720x480 - if the stream is enjoyable to watch, then people will watch no matter the bitrate.

That's good and all, only way I could stream games, would be games that are offline, or doesnt disrupt gameplay, like LoL or BF4..would have too much delay lag for me to play properly uggh..
