open ear headphones for gaming

I am in need of a new set of headphones. i just recently got a wireless set of SteelSeries Arctis 7.
unknown to me at the time but this type of headphone is not for me, i find myself shouting when gaming because i can hear my own voice. this is not a problem for me but other people in the house dont find it very funny

my last headset had on open type and i didnt do this.

any recommendations?

dont want to go over £100 TBH, but i want wireless if i can as there was the reason i upgraded to start with

Sennheiser Game One was at one time available for that price at best.
In wireless you can just forget it.
There are hardly any wireless open headphones, with Philips SHD8800 being only one available for that price level.

Reddit returns similar issue. Have you checked the settings and manual? Even on console people are saying you can change it.

i assume you referring to having the mic played over your own headset. i find there is a delay in this and it bugs the crap out of me.

i have been looking at the Sennheiser Game One and this look to be the best option

Yeah, was under the impression that's why you were shouting?

Voice delay is certainly weird. I'd do some troubleshooting before spending out, just in case.
