Hi guys,

I currently have a Logitech Harmony Touch and a Zotac mini PC with Open Elec installed (No O/S) - The setup works fine except I leave the Zotac on 24/7, I would like it to turn on/off when I press the power button on my Harmony like my amp and TV does.

Is this possible? I presume it's not possible due to the USB powering down when the Zotac is off meaning any IR received by the Flirc isn't recognised?

Cheers

I use pulseeight usb cec adapter for my nuc. It sleeps the device when I turn the TV off and only wakes it when I switch to the right input. All using the TV remote and also on openelec.

Cheers, seems like this could work although I'm sure my amp used to mess up when I had HDMI CEC enabled. I might try it

I bought one of these (quick delivery!), no dice so far testing in my office. I have the same setup in here albeit a different TV. OpenElec/Kodi recognises the USB-CEC is plugged in but the Logitech still doesn't turn the PC off. I did check with them before hand and they told me it would work. Using the LG TV remote turned the PC off for two seconds but it seemed a reboot if anything.

The support on their website is pretty none existent.
