Open file security problem

ok whenever i click on shortcuts on desktop i am getting a little box pop up and saying this open file security WARNING do you want to open this file i have ok and cancel...its only just started to appear anyone got any ideas how to stop this thanks...i am using windows 7 aswell thanks

no it says dont notify me on anything?...ive found that if i run it as administrator it opens without the box ...bi=ut cant work out why this has happened.

my user profile has dissapeared aswell this might be the problem user account i mean....weird cant work out whats happening...think ill do a virus check
