Open source AV and Anti spam for Exchange

Does anyone have any suggestions as per the above?

I am looking at Mailwasher server at the minute but the AD support seems a little flaky although saying that a new version is due for release apparently to iron out these issues.

Does anyone use any such product at the minute in conjunction with Exchange server, if so i would welcome your feedback.

There is ASSP, but we did ours on another server that filters inbound mail before it hits our exchange box. Seems ok.
