Open With Windows at Startup

When I boot to Windows 7, the "Open With" windows opens up. It's only just happened a few days ago and I don't understand why.

File "Shane" it is looking for. Possibly something added to your StartUp folder. Check your StartUp folder and remove it.

Had a look, nothing there. No hidden files either.

Fixed it. There was a file in C:\Users called Shane. Deleted it and it's all fixed. Don't know how it got there though xD
