What is the charity shield? I know what it is, but which teams contest it? How are they decided?
 
I would imagine it's the 8th August

edit It's Sunday 10th August, It is the Community Shield now when did they change the name

its arsenal vs man utd and my mate managed to blag some tickets..well hes still working on it but looks good :)

jus needed to know so it doesnt clash with anything!
 
Good god it's good to be back where we belong. So much nicer seeing that I'll be watching the likes of Man Utd and Newcastle rather than Grimsby and Brighton :)
 
Aside from the fact that twice we play Newcastle then Man U in the season am happy enough with it :)

Not got a problem with the opening matches for Spurs as generally at the start of the season we start strongly...& then our entire team gets injured ;)
