opening pdf problem

Hey all,

My problem is I have a pdf document I need access to, unfortunately the laptop I have does not have a pdf reader installed. This is what I have:

1 laptop, no internet connection, usb enabled, unable to install programs - the pdf can only run on this laptop.

1 laptop with access to internet and usb enabled.

Any ideas how I can open the pdf on the first laptop?

That's an exe file. I'm unable to install anything on first laptop

The laptop is a works pc on a guest account and all exe are stopped from running
