My pc seems to have developed a problem in the last couple of days in that as soon as i open utorrent to download something, my internet browsers stop loading websites, or take like 5 minutes to load a single page. Once i close utorrent and wait a minute or two however, webpages start downloading fine. Also, the strange thing is that when utorrent is open, the files are downloading fine - nice and fast.
Even when i limit upload and download speeds to low levels within the torrent options, webpages refuse to load. Any ideas? I've been using utorrent for a long time without any such trouble! Thanks
