openoffice question

ive gotta do a presentation tomorrow, and i dont own ms office but the computers i use have msoffice 2003 (i think) installed. question is, can i use openoffice to do presentation + it'll work on their ms office?

Yes it will work. My advice would be to stick to something simple. For example, I'd avoid doing animations as sometimes the timing has screwed up for me in the past.

There is no reason why it should not work, as long as you save in a compatible format.

I've not used Impress, but I've used Calc and Writer to compose documents that others have successfully opened with Microsoft Office.

You could always use the portable version of OpenOffice.
