OpenOffice Writer - headers/footers

So i've got my dissertation, and would like to add chapter titles to the header. Clearly, when i try to do this it will repeat this throughout the whole document. How can i get around this? Is there some way of telling it not to repeat that part of the header, as other stuff (dissertation title, my name etc..) i do want repeated.

Or is there another way altogether?
