Openreach service

Had my FTTP connection installed with Openreach today. In fact it was Kellys, their sub-contractor, who did the work. It was raining very hard but the extremely polite gut did all the overhead cabling work. Sometimes you hear horror stories about Openreach and their services but I was really impressed with this given the conditions.

BTW I went with 500/70 Giganet monthly contract @£37pm.

Yeh I have never had any issues with them.
Recently had them round to diagnose a fault and they were nothing but professional, took two days but they determined exactly where outside my house the line was breaking, got a cherry picker out and fixed it without any issues.
Complete 180 from when I was with Virgin who denied anything was wrong for months, but conveniently decided to get an engineer out when I actually went through with my cancellation.
