A local charity has contacted us and asked about suggestions for call logging software.
Thinking opensource as it's free. I know that they would probably be fine with a simple spreadsheet as they are only small, but they want a package.
Their requirements are:
Address book
the ability to log incoming calls/emails against contacts
the ability to view previous calls/emails while dealing with them
The ability to run reports on contacts/calls/emails
So, any suggestions? Prefer web based if possible, it means I can set it all up remotely instead of travelling to their hq.
