Sorry for the vague title, hopefully this will explain the problem in more detail:
At work Clients are able to upload files to us using our FTP server. However to make it easier for them to use we are looking at the possibility of replacing it with a website which would handle logging in, uploading and downloading of files from their account.
Can anyone recommend an OpenSource project of something like this? I would prefer ASP.NET/C# or PHP if possible. It would also need to run on IIS/Windows.
[edit] To clarify, this would be removing the FTP server completely, so the solution can't just be an FTP client.
