Opera 11 Painfully slow with OCUK!

Opera 11 just updated it self to 11 and now OCUK is painfully slow to load up pages.

Does anyone else suffer from this or know what is causing it?

I'm on Opera 11 and haven't noticed any slow down. Use it on my laptop and my main PC..

I don't like the way it hides the proper URL in the address bar now though!

Hmm - dunno - use Firefox? It has it's problems I know.

Genuinely interested to know why you choose Opera?

I'm timing how long it takes you to respond!

Use IE. it's not quite as cool as Opera and Firefox but it'll work.

Same thing happened to me when I let it just update instead of a clean install. Removed & reinstalled & all is back to how it should be.

I have not noticed any slowdowns when using Opera 11.

To see the full address in the URL bar either change it under the...

Settings / Advanced / Browsing or

...right click on the "web" icon in the address bar and change it from there.

Been using Opera 11 in beta format and it's been amazing. I haven't noticed anything in my day to day browsing. Very quick and slick. Going to remove and get the official release now. Loving it.

I usually alternate every so often between Firefox and Opera. IE I hardly touch.

Opera 11 is a winner for me!

I too am using Opera 11 like I have been for several weeks now and no slowdown on these forums for me on any of the systems i run Opera 11 on!

No issues with Opera 11 and OCuk in my experience,its faster then Firefox(I was a long term Firefox user) .

It's probably the best browser in my experience.

Clean install is always best option if you get problems and a reboot might help too.

Because IMO it is the best.

Dont know what happened but it is back up to0 speed again now with not a hint of slowness

Opera 11 is running nice and fast for me (win + osx)
