Can I do the following in Opera 9:

- Set fixed width tabs, ie set it so that when the tab bar is full, it will automatically wrap.
- Have clicked links open in background tabs, ie not bring the tab into focus - Clarification... Not for all links, just those which open a new tab. Currently that tab comes into focus. I don't want that.
- Have alt-s actually work when trying to submit a post to a forum rather than just beep annoyingly.
