Anyone know how good the opera browser on the ds is?
Can you surf the web or is it only really only usefull for reading emails.
Could be handy to read emails without having to boot up my PC.

Its a fully functioning version of the Opera browser similar to that seen on Pocket PC's .. it has full Java support. Although other plugins such as macromedias shockwave are currently unconfirmed.

You can browse the web etc.. as you could on a pocket PC. aproximetly 86% of all websites will load an look identical to there big brother PC browser's.

you can store favourties, passwords and settings as you can with a PC. You can also downlaod and view images of any size. It also functions limited multimedia capabilities such as streaming audio and video playback. (unlickly to support many video formats


Could be handy to read emails without having to boot up my PC.
 
If a flash plugin comes out for it, I don't suppose it would be much good. I don't think the DS is really powerful enough for it.
