well even if thats not it that is one hell of a vid, i can safely say that I now want ofp 2 more then arma 2, its got a lot of things in there that I would love to see in arma, reload animations, proper cockpits, what looks like a fully simulated bradley with all the stuff on there with infantry door and everything. Suprised, very supprised, looks fantastic.
Hope it plays well, although with armed assaults aging engine it will probably play better then that no matter what, it feels so clunky.
My only worries so far are that it is cross platform, and that it might not be moddable. That and Ive not seen any ingame footage yet, is there anywhere I can see that vid from i34 anim?
Multiplay will probably upload it in a while on their coverage, it is cross platform but its designed originally for PC so all the mod's and customisation will be do-able and more from what the original opflash had.
It's a bit odd that it is coming out for the consoles. Either they're making different versions for the PC and consoles, or they're dumbing down the game big time to accomodate the consoles. As far as I'm concerned any true OFP game requires a full layout keyboard and mouse, nothing less.
Looking good i seriously hope this plays like the original! Loved that game sooo much, still got it in the loft somewhere, hmmmm does it work on vista..
I'm still unsure about this, trailer doesn't really suggest that it's a hardcore simulator at all made it looks way too arcade. Also the cross platform thing doesn't inspire confidence at all until they plan on releasing a very different game on the PC.
